The Free Space Project is delighted to announce a number of new opportunities for UK artists to work with us, generously supported by the City Bridge Trust. Our organisation supports arts and community activities within Kentish Town Health Centre for our patients and those in Camden. This new strand of opportunities enables us to deliver some projects differently using digital tools and online, whilst our building is inaccessible.
Across all the opportunities we are focused on activities that aim to improve wellbeing through the process of making. We are interested in working with artists whose practice relates to health and wellbeing. We’re open to supporting artists with both little experience to very experienced artists. We are keen to support artists that are LGBT+, disabled, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) artists. Where possible our small team will try to support artists with access needs through our own resources. Please let us know via email, if you need to submit the application in another format or have any other needs you need to talk through.
The deadline for all the projects is the same.
Deadline for submissions: 5pm on Friday 3 July 2020.
We will notify everyone if they have been successful or not by Friday 10 July 2020. Due to a high volume of applicants expected, we cannot offer feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
