The our art therapy programme has now come to an end. We will still be running arts workshops throughout 2018. To stay up to date sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of this page.
The aim of the art therapy is to encourage people to engage with art materials and the art making process in order to help them express how they are feeling. This will enable them to cope better with anxiety, fear and trauma therefore encouraging a more positive outlook, increased sense of well-being and tackle issues such as anger, depression and low self-esteem.
We are able to offer subsidised one-to-one and group places for patients of the James Wigg Practice, Queens Crescent Practice and members of the local community in Kentish Town and Camden. Our art therapy sessions take place weekly at Kentish Town Health Centre.
Our art therapy sessions are delivered by art psychotherapist Cate Smail and supported by her professional team.
If you would like to make a referral (or self-referral) please get in touch with Cate.
